Returns Policy

  • Eligibility: You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

    • “Unopened” means the original seal is intact.

    • Full purchase price will be refunded for unopened items.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • How to Return:

    • Include your order number and details about the product or issue when contacting us.

Dissatisfied With Your Order?

  • Opened or used items can be returned within 30 days for a 50% refund.

  • Opened items cannot be resold and will be safely destroyed at our facility.

  • Instead of a 50% refund, you may opt for a store credit of 80% off any additional item in our store.

Product Exchanges

  • For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept exchanges or trades for used, opened, or specialty blend products.

  • Specialty Blends:

    • Products infused with essential oils or specialty blends qualify for a 50% refund only.

    • No exchanges or trades are allowed once the DMSO has been infused.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Ensure all items are well-packed and undamaged.

  • Products should not touch the outer box or container during shipping.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving undamaged products.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
