Acceptance of Terms

This Terms of Service Agreement (TOS) governs your relationship with PharmaDMSO LLC ("Pharma"), located at 447 W. Colorado Ave., Nampa, Idaho 83686, and our affiliates. By using our website (www.pharmadmso.com) or our Services, you agree to be bound by this TOS.

Visitors are considered users; registered users are considered members. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updates, modifications, or changes to this TOS.

Website Services Offered

PharmaDMSO is an e-commerce platform that packages and distributes Pharma Grade DMSO to the public. Services may include mobile applications, social media platforms, or downloadable programs. PharmaDMSO reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any Service or product.

All Services are provided "AS IS", and PharmaDMSO is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or loss of user content.

Registration & Membership

  • Members must be 18 years or older and not barred by law from receiving our Services.

  • Registration requires providing accurate and complete information. False information may result in account suspension or termination.

  • Parents/guardians may create family accounts for children under 13 and are responsible for monitoring age-appropriate content.

Privacy Policy

All personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection, transfer, and use of information by PharmaDMSO and affiliates.

Account Security

  • You are responsible for your account and password confidentiality.

  • Notify PharmaDMSO immediately of any unauthorized access.

User Conduct

Members agree not to:

  • Post unlawful, harmful, abusive, or offensive content.

  • Impersonate others or infringe on intellectual property rights.

  • Upload viruses, spam, or disruptive software.

  • Interfere with PharmaDMSO Services or servers.

  • Violate local, state, federal, or international laws.

PharmaDMSO reserves the right to pre-screen, remove, or delete any content that violates this TOS or is offensive.

Content and Contributions

  • Users retain ownership of submitted content but grant PharmaDMSO a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote content while a member.

  • Contributions become sole property of PharmaDMSO with no obligation for compensation.

Indemnity

Members agree to hold PharmaDMSO harmless for any claims, damages, or attorney fees arising from user content, use of Services, or violations of this TOS.

Commercial Use

Users may not sell, replicate, or exploit any part of PharmaDMSO Services for commercial purposes.

Service Use & Storage

  • PharmaDMSO may impose limits on storage, email, or access.

  • PharmaDMSO is not liable for deleted content, failed storage, or account inactivity.

  • Users consent to the storage of communications on PharmaDMSO servers.

Modifications & Termination

  • PharmaDMSO may modify or discontinue Services at any time without liability.

  • Accounts may be terminated for TOS violations, inactivity, fraud, or nonpayment.

  • Termination may result in deletion of account data and content.

Advertisers & Links

  • PharmaDMSO is not liable for interactions with advertisers or third-party websites.

  • Third-party links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

Proprietary Rights

  • PharmaDMSO Services and software contain proprietary material protected by law.

  • Users may not reverse engineer, copy, or alter our software or content.

Warranty Disclaimers

  • Services and software are provided "AS IS" without warranties.

  • PharmaDMSO does not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted access, or error-free performance.

  • Downloaded materials are accessed at your own risk.

  • Users with epileptic conditions should consult a physician before using Services with certain visual patterns.

Limitation of Liability

PharmaDMSO is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

Release

Export Compliance

  • Users must not transfer software or technical data to restricted countries or for military/weaponry purposes.

Termination & Account Closure

  • Members can request termination via sales@pharmadmso.com.

  • PharmaDMSO may terminate accounts for TOS violations, fraud, technical issues, or inactivity.

Governing Law

  • This TOS is governed by the laws of Idaho, USA.

  • Disputes shall be filed in Canyon County courts or the U.S. District Court in Idaho.

Additional Terms

  • Non-transferable accounts; rights terminate upon death.

  • Claims must be filed within 5 years of the incident.

  • Notices may be delivered via email, SMS, or website postings.

  • All trademarks and logos are owned by PharmaDMSO and may not be used without permission.
